ITALIA DEL MIRACOLO. Arte, design e pubblicità 1948-1968

From 26 March to 7 June 2026, the Sala del Capitano of the Rocca di Lonato hosts an exhibition dedicated to the years of the Italian economic boom, an unrepeatable season in which creativity, industry and visual culture shaped a new collective imagination and laid the foundations of what would become known worldwide as Made in Italy.

 

Open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

 

Curated by Fondazione Massimo e Sonia Cirulli, from whose collection all the works on display are drawn, the exhibition allows visitors to immerse themselves in a unique atmosphere. Posters, photographs and design drawings reveal how the attention devoted to design at that time helped sustain a widespread enthusiasm for the future. Even today, these works convey a sense of optimism and evoke the desire for the style that made Italy famous and admired around the world.
